Service Agreement Registration

This registration agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms of use for the registration of domain names and related services sold on Name.com and associated platforms (“Services”). In this agreement, “you” and “your” refer to you and the registrant listed in the whois/Registration Data Directory Service (“RDDS”) contact information for the domain name. “We”, “us” and “unser” refer to the registrars listed at the end of this document, each of which is the registrar of your domain name and all of which have common ownership, common terms and conditions and shared services infrastructure. To determine which registrar your domain name is registered at, perform an RDDS search in our RDDS search. You acknowledge and agree that LCN may make available to ICANN, the Registration Administrator, and other parties any registration information that you provide or that we maintain elsewhere, as required or permitted by ICANN or applicable laws. You also agree that we may make available to the public some or all of the domain name registration information you provide for inspection purposes (for example. B through our WHOIS service) or for targeted marketing and other purposes, as required or by ICANN law and applicable law, or to make them directly available to third parties. This legacy-RSA version is combined with the RSA, as the terms of the various agreements (RSA and LRSA) have been deliberately merged into the latest versions of each agreement. Revisions to this combined agreement aim to achieve the following: ARIN is prepared to make appropriate revisions to government agencies when government authorities provide specific legal references that support their concerns. For example, if you make available to ARIN a federal, state or provincial law that requires that the law of another state not apply to the Agreement, we may revise the Agreement to reflect the applicable laws of that State or remain silent about the choice of law in effect.

In addition, we may replace a non-binding mediation provision for binding arbitration, as required by law. ARIN`s lawyers can react quickly to such problems. At any time and for any reason, we may terminate the Services thirty (30) days after the termination is sent by mail or email, at our option, to the RDDS contact information provided in connection with your domain name registration. After a termination that does not take place for important reasons, you must transfer your domain name within thirty (30) days` notice or take the risk of deleting your domain name, transferring the registration services associated with your domain name to us or a third party, or suspending or modifying services related to your domain name. . . .
